How do I locate and download software for Dialogic products?

Troubleshooting download problems

  • Please ensure adequate disk space at the download loacation
  • Is your internet connections functioning properly (try another web site for example)?
  • Is your web browser current?

We recommends Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x or higher!
Please visit the Internet Explorer home page to obtain the latest version.

How to I install the downloaded software?

  • Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the location of the downloaded file
  • Double click the downloaded file (self extracting archive) to extract the necessary files for installation
  • Note that no special archiving tools are required for the above operation 
  • Please follow the installation instructions contained in the manual that accompanies your product

How can I test integrity of the downloaded software?

Archives distributed by us are sealed with a security envelope. If an archive has been modified or tampered with in any way, the envelope is damaged. You can check the envelope integrety with the following procedure before you double click the downloaded file:

  • Open a DOS box
  • Navigate to the location of the downloaded file
  • Type '<filename> -t'

The following is an example of the procedure:

[DRIVE]:\DOWNLOAD\DOCE_P.EXE -t

If Valid ARJ-SECURITY envelope signature is not displayed, or a different message is displayed, you should NOT unpack the archive since it is NOT a valid archive!
