Diva Server for Windows NT allows Eicon Diva Server adapters to be used with a Windows NT 4.0 workstation or server. It supports RAS & RRAS (client and server mode) and fax, voice and modem applications as well as Voice over IP (VoIP).
Diva Server for Windows NT supports the installation of multiple Eicon Diva Server adapters in one computer.
New features and components:
- Support for new Diva Server PRI version 3.0 and Diva Server V-PRI adapters
- Automatic Gain Control (AGC) for conferencing
- Pulse detection for R2 protocols
- Implicit and explicit call transfer
- Support of channelized (Trunk Mode) and unchannelized protocols
- VN 4/6 (French protocol)
Note that the Diva Server version 1.0 hardware has been discontinued and is therefore no longer supported by this driver software. On systems that contain only version 1.0 hardware version 7.0 can not be installed. The install process will terminate with a corresponding message. Mixed installations of version 1.0 hardware and new hardware are supported with version 7.0. An update package can be obtained from the following web page:
http://www.eicon.com/worldwide/products/MediaGateways/eol/eol.htm
Note that version 7.0 is the last Diva Server software to be released with Windows NT support.
